Shell Belle Couture SS13 Lingerie Collection

Shell Belle Couture’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, Swan Song, symbolizes the Golden Era of fashion, luxury and elegance with more timeless, vintage-inspired pieces that look like they walked off the pages of some 20’s-30’s novel. Michelle Blenkinsopp, the brand’s designer, worked with soft lace, light and fresh colors to create amazingly tender and eye-catchy lingerie for every woman.

Blenkinsopp says:

Our new collection includes Rendezvous for bridal & special occasion. Anais for our vintage lace & silk indulgence & The Great Gatsby Gold Leavers Lace gently styled with Silk Crepe de Chine. Enjoy a languid summer with beautiful shades of forgotten Aristocracy including Butter, Bluebird & our signature Pink Champagne & Gold.”

The designer adds that the new collection introduces her exclusive Vintage Silk print Swan Song which embraces the 1930’s love of Swans and their Regal association. Michelle comments:

This evocative print is for both lounging & swimwear in Powdered Rose with soft Grey Swans in flight.”

We guess there’s something magical about the vintage inspired lace of Shell Belle’s collection. Almost every garment can boast with the rich lace. There’s scarcely such fine type of lace in the lingerie collections of nowadays…

Shell Belle’s most beautiful vintage lace and smooth silk lingerie items were created in cream. Don’t you agree that the cream colored garments flatter any skin tone and makes you look sexy, elegant, and sophisticated?

The brand’s new SS 13 collection introduces the vintage silk print that embraces some bold retro designs. This is one intriguing addition to Swan Song collection. All in all, the collection came out tender but passionate, modest but bold.
