More and more collections are being unveiled for Spring 2010 season. Some are sexy and glamorous, otherinclude softer and more comfortable designs. There are also lines that include both types of lingerie.

The new range we offer you to look at is Princesse Tam lingerie modelled by gorgeous Marloes Horst. The line looks pretty with some items good for outwear, too. Few ensembles come in rich colors and glossy fabrics while others are simplier and good for those who prefer comfy items.

Lingerie is a huge part of our culture and actually, a part of our cultural heritage. As anything else, it evolves, changes, exploiting more and more new innovations and, eventually, making out life sexier and more comfortable.

To celebrate lingerie in retrospect the Fashion and Textile Museum in London presents Undercover – The Evolution Of Underwear, the new exhibition to chronicle lingerie era of the 20th century.

Bra is given special attention at the exhibition.

Despite their initial purely functional role, bras have always incorporated a decorative element although bras as we know them now didn’t make their mark until the 1950s when Christian Dior’s New Look took off and Lana Turner’s popularity helped to promote the perkier bust,” Dennis Nothdruft, the museum’s curator said, The DailyMail.co.uk reported.

There is fashion for everything: for clothes, shoes, cars, etc. No wonder lingerie fashion also exists. Few people know how lingerie fashion developed over the years. But what is obvious is that as time passed lingerie became smaller and now it can be even described as “tiny”.

Only in the 19th century bloomers became fashionable. Moreover, at the beginning only courtesans dared to wear them. Bloomers were intended for tempting men.

You will be surprised but bloomers were considered very sexy! They became the first erotic lingerie that was used as underwear. Much later descent women adopted them into their wardrobes and started enjoying the comfort bloomers gave.

The person who invented bloomers was an Italian actor who first appeared at the stage in these funny pants. A hundred years later the 1st Duke of Wellington followed the example and since that lots of men in Europe began wearing bloomers. Men wore bloomers as outwear while women hid them under their skirts.

Generally speaking bloomers are short pants narrowed to the knee. These were made from tlight fabric and decorated with lace and ribbons.
