Megan Fox – new Emporio Armani Underwear model
Megan Fox will replace Victoria Beckham as the Emporio Armani Underwear model, WWD.com reported exclusively.
The new ads featuring the steaming Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen beauty will start running worldwide in January 2010, the same time with the ads featuring new Emporio Armani Men’s Underwear model Cristiano Ronaldo.
Even though Megan, 23, and Cristiano replaced David Beckham and his wife Victoria, the new spokespersons will not appear in the lingerie ads together, the source revealed. ALAS!
Just like Ronaldo, Fox will not only grace all lingerie ads for Spring/Summer 2010 collection but will also be featured in all Armani Jeans ads for the same season.
Fox’s underwear ads were shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in Los Angeles over the weekend. While no details of the shoot and the images are disclosed, it has been revealed the actress will appear in print ads as well as on billboards. It has not been decided whether Fox will participate at in-store events tied in with the campaign launch, WWD.com added.
FYI, it’s the first ad campaign for the young Hollywood starlet who shot to fame as Mikaela Banes in the Transformers sequel.
