I have recently discovered that men do know much about lingerie. And they do know what they like about it. While we, women, have lots of suppositions, some of which are far from being true. Though again it’s a matter of taste largely.

According to a survey that has been made by American scientists, who love to make researches in all spheres possible, men consider lingerie to be a great packing which make the “present” more attractive and wanted.

It brings intrigue to relationship and is often valued on a subconscious level. Anyway as soon as a man looks at a woman wearing lingerie he knows exactly what he wants from her.

Color

When men were asked about which color for lingerie they preferred more than 50% said they liked red or burgundy.

It’s quite understandable as red is a color of passion and provokes corresponding associations. Woman who opts for red lingerie is perceived as confident, passionate and sexually skillful. She knows how to please herself and her partner.

Black is very popular too. Black lingerie is sexy and at the same time romantic, particularly if the set is almost transparent and all the woman’s curves are seen beautifully.

Some guys love white lingerie, snowy white, not dirty or pale white. White has always been a symbol of innocence.

Women of the past used to wear only white lingerie because each had just one partner in her live – her husband.

Now times have changes and girls’ virginity and faithfulness is no longer as appreciated as before but men still like white lingerie as ever.

Pink and blue lingerie is NOT attractive, men say. So, dear girls don’t think that if you think it’s cute your partner will think the same.

Texture

Silk and satin lingerie is definitely loved the most by the stronger half of mankind. These fabrics add much brightness to the color and thus make silk lingerie look much sexier than cotton one.

Cotton lingerie is something men don’t like much. It looks too simple… But this is probably about lingerie that has no lace, transparent insets or pleats on it as the one that has all those details looks very seductive as well!

Wear or not?

The question about whether men like women wearing lingerie or not depends on a precise man actually. It’s a matter of taste.

Women’s nudity is very arousing as it is associated with sexuality and readiness to have sex at any moment. But as practice shows partial nudity is more tempting than absolute one. According to statistics about 90% of men get excited watching their woman wearing lingerie.

American scientists proved that women who like changing the style of lingerie have more faithful husbands than those who don’t bring changes into their bedroom. This is rather easy to understand. Men are polygamous and the same woman wearing various lingerie sets creates the illusion of variety.
