Actress Mylène Jampanoï- the New Face of Agent Provocateur
Agent Provocateur is unveiling the French beauty- actress Mylène Jampanoï- in the photoshoot for its spring/summer campaign. Mylène who was born in the south of France can boast a true French appearance from head to toe even despite being half chinese.
In order to recreate the atmosphere of seventies of the previous century during Agent Provocateur’s photoshoot with Mylène Jampanoï, members of the creative team get the inspiration from the popular erotic movie of that time Emmanuelle and old issues of Playboy magazine. Thus, the photoshoot was performed with soft lighting and hazy ambiance.
The creative team included the Parisian Valentine Fillol-Cordier, a model, stylist and a DJ in one face, who styled the seductive photoshoot and a photographer Jordan Scott.
By participating in Agent Provocateur campaign, Jampanoï, 31, follows the footsteps of such beautiful celebrities as Kate Moss, Alice Dellal, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Dita Von Teese. The pieces from new Agent Provocateur’s Fifi collection will cost from £65 for briefs to £695 for a silk gown.
Sarah Shotton, creative director of Agent Provocateur, said:
After several successful campaigns featuring powerful femme fatales in high-octane bold imagery, I decided that I wanted to take a softer approach for Spring Summer 2012. I am a huge fan of the soft focused era, the glowing scenes from the gently erotic films such as Emmanuelle and The Story of O and my collection of vintage Playboy Magazine made me want to re-introduce the sensuality and flirtation of the 70’s into our campaigns.”
Mylène Jampanoï started her career on French television, and got her first movie role in 2004. During her movie career, Mylène played alongside Daniel Auteuil, Gerard Depardieu and her most recent movie “Hereafter” directed by Clint Eastwood.
