Gisele Bundchen Goes Burlesque for Her Lingerie 2011 Campaign
Gisele Bundchen has revealed her GB Intimates lingerie line with Hope this spring on catwalk and now it’s time for some campaigning. The supermodel is pictured here wearing the pieces from her 2011 collection called “Burlesque”. The dramatic styles and costume-y designs of the collection prompt the association with the burlesque style but the pieces look stylish and fashionable.
While on catwalk Gisele Bundchen sported dramatic headpieces in the ad campaign she is pictured just in lingerie without any accessories and props against the black background. This preview shows a couple of sets in beautiful floral lace and leopard print. The black and white photography doesn’t show the colors of the pieces though.
Some bras in the collection are clearly inspired by burlesque wear yet they still look wearable and sleek. Bundchen also shows off a corset-inspired waspie in the shot where she sits in a dramatic pose in a chair. The panties in the collection come in bikini and hiphugger styles trimmed with lace.
The bras are available at around $140 while panties cost at around $70. $248 price can be seen for waspie at Gisele Bundchen Brazilian Intimates website.
Leaving Victoria’s Secret behind in 2007 the Brazilian model has launched a lingerie line with Brazilian lingerie label Hope, that already hit the stores. Before the show for GB Intimates and Hope Gisele Bundchen stated:
Life is made of dreams and I’m very happy to announce that now you will know the Brazilian intimate.
My dream come true is for Hope. With you, Gisele Bundchen Brazilian Intimate. Enjoy the show.
