Reality TV star Heidi Montag showed her new post-surgery body and her sexy lingerie during the special Valentine’s Day photoshoot in the suite decorated by Fredericks of Hollywood and set up by her fellow reality show star and husband Spencer Pratt, according to JustJared.com.
Heidi donned sexy red corset and black panties for the shoot changing it for a sheer red babydoll and red stilettos for other pics.
But for her 10 surgeries she could even look beautiful, don’t you think?
