After playing Strawberry Fields in the hit 007 film Quantum Of Solace, Gemma Arterton acquired an army of male admires, but she was still sure that she was ‘not enough’ hot to play a Bond girl. Her photo shoot for GQ magazine proves that she’s quite wrong!

The 24-year-old actress poses in stockings, stilettos and a coat for the mag cover shoot.

In an interview with GQ magazine, she said:

“In comparison to many actresses I think I’m really average. When I got the Bond film there was this big hoo-ha about me not being hot enough. I have to say, I agree. I don’t think I’m in that realm.”

She considers the fellow Bond girl Olga Kurylenko – who also starred in Quantum Of Solace - much more beautiful than she is.

“There are some really beautiful actresses, like Olga Kurylenko, who find it difficult,” she said. It’s frustrating for her but she’s so beautiful that it’s like someone having a massive nose: you are going to take that into consideration when you’re casting her. Whereas I can change my look.”

Miss Arterton admitted:

“I hope people don’t see me just as a Bond girl. I hope they’ll soon see my [other] work and think differently.”

The beauty is very shy but becoming a Bond girl means something. They don’t approve anyone to the role, but only the sexiest and the coolest!

The April issue of GQ is on sale from Thursday.

Lingerie manufacturer Triumph filed a lawsuit against Sony bosses for copying one of the brand’s designs in the music video for ‘Video Phone’ by Beyonce Knowles and Lady GaGa.

Triumph claims Bey’s black-and-white two-piece is the direct copy of the lingerie set created by Bulgarian designer Iskren Lozanov.

During the court hearing, Sony lawyers claimed the piece was inspired by Spanish artist Pablo Picasso, FemaleFirst.co.uk reported. However, the judge has recently dismissed the claim stating that Lozanov’s design is too unique to be similar to any other design known.

Sony and Beyonce are going to appeal the decision, but so far ‘Video Phone’ is doomed to be associated with lingerie plagiarism.

Pop princess and mother-of-two Britney Spears shows her toned body in the new series of ad campaigns for Candie’s Only at Kohl’s ads. In some of the shots for the Spring/Summer 2010 collection, Brit dons a floral bra, matching frilly panties and fuchsia peep-toe heels posing with a huge teddy bear.

The new campaign was shot in late 2009 with three renowned photographers involved. The lingerie shoot was shot by Terry Richardson. The other two photographers are Annie Leibovitz, Mark Seliger

After the lingerie shoot Britney said she was extremely proud to be working with such famed photographers and was sure her fans would love the new ads:

Annie, Mark and Terry are three of the biggest photographers in the world, I am honored to be working with them for my Candie’s Only at Kohl’s ads. It was an amazing shoot and I know my fans are going to love the cool images. I’m very excited to be working with Candie’s for a second season.”

The new series of ads will soon appear in fashion magazines and billboards, as well as at candies.com and kohls.com.

One of the few good things that have happened to her ever since is her new deal with famous Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli that has named her the new face of Spring 2010 underwear collection. The new seasn ads were shot in November 2009 by renowned fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Pigott.

Roberto Cavalli said:

For my next underwear collection I was inspired by a real woman, with appeal, charisma, and sensuality. I was sure Elisabetta was just perfect for enhancing the spirit of this advertising campaign…and I was not wrong!”
